Excellent nights stay

From check in up until the time we checked out, every staff member was cheery and helpful. Breakfast, amazing choice of continental and cooked to order. Room comfortable. Shower pressure v.good. Instant hot water. Molton Brown products. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose The Wood Norton when we next visit relatives in Worcestershire.

Beautiful grounds and delightful house. Tasty and well presented food. Spacious room,slightly tired bathroom walls/ mastic but nothing to put me off. Overall a very good experience.

Our deluxe king room was at the rear of the property and was clean, quiet and private. When boiling the kettle, I had to place it on the floor as the cable was not long enough to go from the socket to the table. This was also an issue with regards the hairdryer for my wife and a mirror. Iron and board in the room were useful. On the Saturday there was a wedding reception occurring during our stay and when we required food in the bar, staff were not available and neither was the food as the chef and staff were being utilised for the main event! We had to eat in the main restaurant rather than the bar. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Overall, we would use the hotel again.

A beatiful property with spectacular rooms, a fine restaurant and friendly service. If you are not particularly agile, you might need a stool or some steps to help you get into bed.

Hotel was lovely as expected but our room was in a separate building not in the hotel as expected and for the moneyvwe were very disappointed and feel cheated. It was very basic. When a room is advertised as a king standard you expected more than very avarage small roomwith just a big bed. Put a damperner on a special occasion for us.

TV didn’t work, shower gel dispenser broken, no sockets near bed - only on other side of room. Very heavy quilt for the hot weather and no air con, so had to plug in fan on other side of room where plugs were - very frustrating!

Wood Norton is very nice, breakfast was good, didn’t eat dinner there, prices seemed quite high so we went elsewhere. USB outlet in room would have been helpful, seems they haven’t advanced to that technology yet

A quality property with comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely surrounding gardens. Breakfast was rather chaotic due to numbers of guests attending at once. We were asked to wait in the bar area until a table was available, the buffet was rather diminished by then and not replenished.

The room was nice and the hotel overall had a pleasant atmosphere. However, the internet connection was extremely poor, which made it difficult to work effectively. Unfortunately, due to this, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again for business purposes

Some guests were able to enter the restaurant by the bottom door at breakfast and seat themselves. This caused mayhem for staff and was unfair on the guests waiting in the appropriate area to be seated. The cutlery could be cleaner. Why is salt and pepper not on each table? Breakfast staff were stressed and sometimes abrupt but the staff at dinner were excellent. The male receptionist on the arrival desk on the evening of Thursday 29th May would definitely benefit from a chat about his personal hygiene. To be blunt he smelt very strongly of bad body odour. Our room was great with a stunning view. Molten Brown toiletries were lovely. The electric car charging stations were greatly appreciated. The property itself was magnificent.
