I honestly loved everything about the motel and staff . . . . The receptionist was awesome guy. I don't recall his name but I do give my appreciation to him for the help given ..... Rooms were clean and nice and computer up enough for my stay . Thanks

Totally and completely a sham place. LOCK YOUR DOOR. Yes lock the door or you WILL have your property stolen by staff with keys and drug habits. Terrible place to stay awake screaming for help. There is no help.

Clean, quiet, great management that truly oversees everything very efficiently and courteously. Hats off to the management for her takeover and makeover of a once almost abandoned to the public motel 6, turned into a 9. Motel 9. With more problems. Now it's the place to go and rest n recoup. It's efficient, inexpensive, clean, excellent customer service and always respectful. Staff are responsive and available. Do not book here! I paid everything for the property through hotels.com and arrived at approx 8:30pm from the road and upon attempting to check in I was accosted by two ppl asking me if I had a few bucks or a cigarette. Simply said no I don't and went in the front desk buttet proof glass and at 8:30 no one covering the counter. Red flag. Bingbing and here comes a zombie almost front desk so hopped up on something that his first words were I need twenty bucks Cash to be able to check you in! For what? Literally was hitting me up for 20 bucks Cash and would not check me in or let me pay another way. Now room was not as described, either was amenities it would provide. No microwave, moved to another room no fridge, no coffee, no towels but one in a double, creepy people all over the property and surrounding area asking for money or what appeared to be illegal activity abundant. Next power out .....entire day until moved into ANOTHER room at which point I moved into adjacent room and door between the rooms was not attached to the hinges and door fell behind me hitting me on the head. Giant bump an Dr. Visit. Mildly concussed. When immediately I told hotel staff as he stood at the doorway and he never once said are you okay or even attached it. He pushed the door in the square and walked out never concerned with my injury or the multiple problems. Instead when I finally escaped in the morning I went to retrieve my afore mentioned 20 bucks and front d said I have to che
