The hotel makes enough that surely they could improve the inside of the rooms. We paid $235 for an "executive room" that was nothing special at all. No fridge, no microwave, outdated popcorn ceiling. The rooms need MAJOR improvement. They havent changed much in the past 30 years.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains and city. The only gripes were that the sink was stopped up and we didnt realize it until later. And the tub had a stream of water dripping from the faucet the whole time. But other than that, the hotel is beautiful.

They false advertise pictures online of their rooms that are supposed to be available when you get there they're not available bathrooms are super small compared to the size of the rooms itself very rude front desk lady might even be discriminatory towards biracial couples not sure The lobby and the premises of the hotel in and out was very decorated with crosses a cathedral type theme that was the best part about the hotel was the decorations inside the lobby the hotel rooms individually are not decorated at all outdated needs to get updated as well with the amenities inside the room TV's etc Don't waste your money if you are a tourist or are visiting... Probably more suitable for the residents of the city not the best to stay while traveling or trying to learn see and experience a new state we got back in pretty late they do have room service in a restaurant attached to the hotel but they close at 9:00 p.m. so if you are like I said I'm familiar with the area or Tourin try to avoid this hotel you'll be overpaying for the night. About 200 plus for the hotel room no food after 9:00 unless you go and get it or DoorDash it sucked

I've stayed there a few times. It's always nice and with a lot of attention to detail. I love the onsite dining. They could improve things even more with a dedicated bellman and maybe even valet parking
