Used toiletries empty toiletries in bathroom, asked for new ones and was told they didnt have any. Toilet had a turd in it not fully flushed. Used the shower and brown water came out of shower. Pillows were dirty and smelled of body odor. Trying to get help was pretty much impossible. For the price of the room youd think it would have been a better stay. Stay clear of this olace.

I wanted stay somewhere really nice as I drove through New Mexico and decided to spend the night here. This place is amazing, the decor and accommodations were superb. Too bad I was only able to stay the night before heading back on the road or else I would have really wanted to spend more time here. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the water pressure for the shower was bad. I wanted to take a nice hot shower with the overhead it had but no water pressure what’s so ever. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

The lobby is spectacular. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The area around the hotel is not so great, some of the driving we witnessed was crazy.

Staff is super courteous, helpful! The room was clean and tidy and plenty of parking. I requested a higher floor and my request was honored. It would have been excellent if I could have checked in earlier than 3pm however. The only complaint I have is someone snuck in a dog and he was barking early in the morning.

Advise get a room with a fridge not all have. We enjoyed our trip jacuzzi gym great. Room service excellent. And we were able to bring our dogs. This will be a yearly trip from now on at least.

Hotel is gorgeous. I greatly enjoyed sitting next to the fountain listening to Spanish guitar while working in the lobby. Even though it was cold and windy out, the hot tub and pool were awesome. I’d love to return when the weather is less hostile to fully experience the stunning courtyard, which has many lovely spaces to relax outdoors.

I love this Hotel! It’s lovely, comfortable, the bar is great, front desk is friendly. My only issue is that I was charged $27.50 for drinking one of the spring water bottles in the room :(

I love how Hotel Encanto reflects New Mexico culture, and looks so elegant but feels homey at the same time. It’s clean and beautiful, thanks to the hard-working housekeeping staff. Front desk personnel were also wonderful, especially Carlos who greeted us on our arrival close to midnight. He was very accommodating and friendly. We had an enchanting stay!

Walls are very thin so my son and I heard the neighbors having a lil too much fun all night. Besides that. The beds were comfortable. Shower was nice and hot pressure was decent. Decor was beautiful with crosses and saints. Fire pit outside was nice on a cool night. Plenty of parking. Restaurant on site. Bank near by. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.
