I was traveling with large dog & they put us in a very nice room anyway. In my experience, not all hotels do that but have designated "pet friendly" rooms that're not at all as nice as people only rooms. I really appreciated that!

The property was under renovation and we did not know that Expedia doesn't let you know.. we only had 6 stations on the tv and they were doing construction in dinning area and upstairs. The staff was great very sweet and friendly

The property is being renovated, however the breakfast was very nice and and the staff were very kind as well. The only downside to my stay was the satellite tv has only a couple of local channels due to the building being renovated. My room was very comfortable, plenty of towels, and workspace.

I liked the WiFi. I loved the buffet. Beds were bouncy like from days of old but comfy. The fridge was nice but no freezer. Some people need one even if it’s small. The room was very spacious for a family of four. TV worked great. The bathroom had a fan which is always welcome. Some modern hotels don’t have them. The elevator was helpful but a little on the small side for a building its size. My main beef was that they didn’t clean my room and then they said they only do it every other day. I paid good money and they didn’t even vacuum after I complained. They even argued with me via text and said the maids had vacuumed. I finally had to share a pic of the rice under and near my bed. If they clean a little more I can give them a higher score.

The only negative about this hotel was the noise! Not from outside, but inside. Sounds from floor above us carried through the ceiling like it was paper, and the door had a one inch space under it, so hallway noise was bad as well. Everything else was so nice!
