The room was really lacking! It is definitely just a basic room! No extras whatsoever, and for the price you would expect a few little perks. Kleenex were literally laying on the dresser with no box. The tissues were rectangular the box that was in the room was one of the square ones. No lotion, no soap dish, just soap laying on the bathroom counter. Coffee maker but you had to purchase the coffee pods. Cheaper to go downstairs and let someone else make your coffee. Definitely not one of the best places I have stayed, more like a very cheap motel…

Room itself was excellent and a good value. Unfortunately everything else was ridiculously expensive. Could not find an affordable place to eat, $60 for noodles & rice, $6 for a bottle of water, $20 to self park, $12 milkshake, $10 for m&ms. Blackjack in casino is 6 to 5 payout now & slots are sucked down tight, All at Harahs. Real people don't do Vegas anymore!

The room was very clean and the location was perfect ! Easy check in and smooth online check out . Restaurants, other casinos, stores , etc right out the door to the promenade.

Staff support was lacking. Room was just ok- kinda old. Parking garage was TERRIBLE- HAD TERRIBLE SIGNAGE on where to park for the hotel. Getting i to the parking area is right onthe strip and easy to miss. It is the worst hotel experience we've every had in Vegas. Will never stay there again.

Seems they were looking for ways to upcharge. I was not advised of a resort fee, which was $56 to cover gym and wifi. And they charged extra to check me in an hour early!
