I chose the option for them to choose my room. We moved rooms once because our first room's balcony door had not handle or a lock, just a hole where it should be. It was on a level that if someone was on that part of the roof of the building could easily get through that door. Kind of a safety concern. Our second room, this is more of a design issue, the shower did not have a curtain, nor a door. There was more of a glass wall that separated the shower and where the toilet was, but it didn't cover even half of the shower opening. At first my thought was, that is interesting. After I showered my thought was that is stupid. Water covered the floor and ran through the tile grout out to the entry way. Having a tile floor covered with water is another safety concern. I would give it one start, but the hospitality team was good.

Service fee of $50 is a bit high. I’m unsure what I get for this. The pool is closed, no newspaper at door, bottled water not even provided in room. Food in lobby is expensive but that is all of Las Vegas

The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable, but we would prefer a room that includes the convenience of a refrigerator and complementary coffee. We found the minibar to be quite extensive, but it was overpriced. Wound up going to Walgreens for basics like bottled water and made several trips to the ice machine on another floor.

The room was dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed and the floor had hair all over. One of the beds had what looked like a false eyelash and stains and the other bed had hair and dust over by the pillows. The toilet had a public hair. I was disgusted by it. I called several times to ask for the bedding to be changed and the floor vacuumed. It took a couple of hours but did come and clean and change the bedding.

I booked a room with a king size bed & city view. Front desk told me the same when i checked in. What was got was a room with 2 beds and a view of a parking garage. Other than low water pressure in the shower, the room was fine. Bedding was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great for every where we wanted to walk to. The dual piano lounge inside and the Carnival Court outside were great places to hang out while we were in between events.

The room and hotel were fine, but the outrageous “resort fees” are an insulting joke. The hefty, MANDATORY fee provides access to the pool and gym. What? These amenities are included at the vast majority of hotels (although not in Vegas), even cheap ones. And there’s nothing special about the Harrah’s pool or gym, and both were mostly deserted. Afterall, have you ever heard of someone going to Las Vegas to work out?

Great spot for everything!! Super clean!! Fantastic restaurants or any kind of food you want! Ramsey‘s kitchen and pizza cake place was our favorite!! Piano bar was awesome. You don’t even need to leave this resort!!
