From the moment we arrived, we had issues. We only stayed two nights total, and our room was never cleaned on the one day it should have been. We had to hunt down the maids to get clean towels. Our room safe was not able to be used because the prior guest left it with the locking pins out. When we called to have it fixed, we were given the run-around, and told to call guest services, then the cleaning staff, then finally, the engineering department. The shower water did not get hot, it was barely warm. The room has a coffee pot, but no coffee (unless you wanted to purchase coffee pods for over $12). The parking is no longer free, and don't think about checking in even 10 minutes early without paying a fee. We have stayed here before and had a great experience, but after our experience this time, we will not be back. We tried to get the resort fee taken off (it's Winter, we did not utilize their pool), and were told that they could not do that. I am just highly disappointed overall.

Our first room was supposed to be ADA compliant, but the bed was so low to the ground my bf couldn’t get out of it. We were able to switch rooms, so that was good! And why no coffee in the rooms?? No one's going to pay the exorbitant price for the mini bar coffee 😕

Overall, the room was clean but very warm. We had the thermostat turned all the way down and the room never really cooled off. The tv also kept loosing its wifi connection. The half glass door in the shower is awful! But the room served its purpose for our stay.

We had a basic clean room. We didn’t pay extra for views nor did we buy the in room drinks or snacks. In my opinion, Las Vegas made a mistake by not allowing guests to make their own free coffee in the room and since water is the source of life especially in the desert, each room should have a large free bottle of water for each person each day. If I were given that I’d be happier, less stressed and more apt to spend money on the fun things - like gambling!
