I had a room with two queen beds. I noticed that they only put sheets on the bed, no comforter or duvet. When I called the front desk, they told me in the summer they do not put comforters on the beds. They refuse to bring me a comforter the room was very cold because of the AC

Harrah's has always been my best friend's and I place to stay whenever we go to Vegas. We love Harrah's! This time around we had a couple different issues. First was the Wi-Fi. We couldn't barely get service and both of us have different providers so it seemed to be the Harrah's. And when we were able to connect, service was real spotty and people on the other end of the phone could not here is very well. It was really annoying. The other issue was, I swear in the past our rooms used to have mini refrigerators in them. Now they don't. So there is nowhere to put drinks or leftovers. Everything else was pretty good!

Best service we had in Vegas by far. Bell Staff had our 3 suitcases on a cart before I was out of the taxi. We were offered more drinks on the casino floor than any of the other 5 casinos we gambled at during our stay. Ramsay's Kitchen was amazing.
