Booked room 5 months in advance - was given a suite for the disabled, so no bathtub, terrible shower that let water run all over bathroom floor, tiny sink area, bed very low to the floor - very disappointed! The prices for everything and everything were ridiculously expensive - come on - $9.00 US for a bottle of water, $8.00 for a regular coffee - we will not be going back to Las Vegas!

Unfortunately the pool was closed during our whole visit. One place said that the pool was opening 4 days before we arrived and another place said it was opening the morning after we arrived and it never opened while we were there. The front desk was not helpful in providing any updates or alternatives. We had out of town guests who wanted to be outside in the sun tanning and with the pool closed, this hotel had no place for that which was a disappointment. The casino was busy but in a good way. Lots of energy. The dueling pianos were a lot of fun.

I paid for an upgraded room, but was disappointed in the quality that we received. We were to have a view of the pool and a nice high valley view. It was hardly worth the money.

Property was well maintained. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Servers on the casino floor were very quick.

The cleaning staff were friendly. The front desk personal were rude. Made me wait for 2 min to ask a simple question while she stared at her screen. The smell of smoke is everywhere. The bed was crap, the room was hot, the coffee was 8 bucks, beer was 15. Very poor choice to stay there.
