Room didn’t have a closet, fridge or microchip. I get that it’s Vegas but seriously, it’s too much. The service staff were exceptional really nice and helpful. I did not enjoy the stay but the hotel is near everything

Booked a King deluxe room with a pool view, Received a queen bed without a pool view. Room smelled like mildew and since there was no door for the shower the floor got soaked every time you showered

All was clean. Would reconsider the shower. Needs a full door instead of a glass panel. Water splashed everywhere. Could be hazardous.

The room was very clean, great staff. The only negative thing was discovering that the coffee in the room was at a charge. I found that unsatisfactory.

Over all a decent place. The shower was really gross had the previous guest hair stuck all over the walls. If you’re wanting a spotless room this won’t be the place for you.

The staff was courteous. The room was OK. One counter had make up residue on it so it obviously had not been wiped down during cleaning. The beds were fairly comfortable but the sheets were very dry & scratchy like hospital sheets. Our room had a view of the Sphere & Ferris wheel but the glass was so dirty it wasn’t enjoyable to look out. Beware of picking anything up from the mini bar. It is pressure sensitive & we got charged for cookies because we didn’t put them down quickly enough. They reversed the charges but it was a pain to have to go get that done.

The room was ok the view was great, we had issues with our mini fridge not working but come to find out it was the actual outlet causing the issue. The safe had an error code so it wouldn't actually lock so couldn't use it and the thermostate was controlled so it always seem'd stuffy in our room and we couldn't change that and last minor detail was the mattress seem'd worn it wouldn't hold shape so you felt like you were rolling off whatever end you were laying on.
