Well, my mom fell on uneven tiles in the hotel. Downstairs, after the food area going into the main bar where the tiles split to go to either Ramseys or the Lynx. It was the tiles to the right, corner where the metal meets the tile. Face planted on 28 October 2025 around 1655. Not one person showed up after waiting a few minutes. Which I think is funny with all the cameras knowing that every inch of the casino is watched and an immediate response would have been had if there was any other type of incident. Furthermore, just think a follow up would have been appreciated.

Resort end parking fees are excessive. Why would you charge someone to park per day when they're already paying you for the room...This is ridiculous! And the rooms don't even have a small refrigerator in them. Something most less expensive hotels offer.
