Other than it's surrounding location and it's very outdated image... The staff was outstanding! Amanda assisted on check in and she was most helpful and polite! Lol ved the hotel perks on checking in, that was great! The room was clean and fresh smelling, granted we only stayed one night it was a quick trip. We did eat at the restaurant and food was good, would have ate the again. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it may not be some fancy hotel on the strip, but loved that it was off the beaten path and we able to walk around to other things then Lyft/Uber to the strip. Thank you!

No cold water to room, (not in sink, or tuband or to toilet which would not fill due to that). The problem was the feed from outside of the room. No offer was made to give me another room. It was very late after a long day so I didn't pursue that from my end. Manager refunded the extra $12

I checked in longhorn casino & hotel and I booked 2 queen size beds and got 2 twin size beds the toilet was broken and my door wouldn’t lock! When I asked for a refund so I can leave they refused DO NOT BOOK HERE

Very unsafe part of town, stinks of smoke, beds are hard, even the TV messed up when trying to watch. Just needed a place to stay one night before a convention but would never stay here willingly. Even my uber driver was talking about how bad the area was
