Very nice hotel. Lots of shopping. Gondola ride was fun. Be aware that the “refreshment center” in the room is very expensive. Be careful and don’t move items or you will be charged. They put a $150 per night hold on your credit card for incidentals at the resort.

Check in was recommended by kiosk for “convenience”. Paid extra (150$) plus added resort fees x2 and taxes for late checkout. This added another 267$ to our bill. Our room keys were deactivated and had to wait in line for over 40 minutes at front desk to have issue resolved. The kiosk check in was blamed for this issue. No apology for inconvenience caused. The concierge or others in the lobby just directed us to front desk. Very disappointing after another $267 was charged to stay at hotel another 4 hours!

Very beautiful and kept up well with no cleanliness issues. However, make sure not to remove any items out of the mini fridge because it will automatically charge it to the room!
