We enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is on the main strip along the beach. We were offered and accepted an upgrade for no charge.

The "partial city view" room we booked wasn't partial, there was no view of the ocean or of the "city" at all. The view was an abandoned lot/building that had been torn down. It was terrible, not worth a couple hundred dollars. There are definitely better places for that price.

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach so much! The hotel is so clean and smelled so good. The staff were excellent and super friendly. Sleeping in that bed was like sleeping in a cloud. If I could have taken that mattress and pillows home I would have figured out a way. Our view of the Beach was awesome to wake up to. Favorite place was the balcony. The beach was steps away. Can't wait to go back!!!

We have been coming here 4 years and will continue to stay at this location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The only issue was the room cards kept having to be reactivated. We had two other couples and it was happening to them also. Just wish the breakfast was until 10 am as we arent early birds.
