Amazing breakfast, wonderful staff with great activities for kids. This is a high end resort in the middle of a historical city. It went above and beyond my expectations! It’s a perfect place for families with babies or toddlers. They have activities to keep them busy and having fun all day long. I just missed bacon on the breakfast but not a big deal.

Very helpful staff and conveniently located.

This property is one of the newest and largest in Tiradentes, an historic, colonial town from Brazil's gold-mining days. The rooms are large and clean, but with a noisy air conditioner unit. The pool area is nice and there is an indoor jacuzzi, steam room, and heated small pool. The staff was the highlight of the place. They were very helpful, and even opened the breakfast area early for us, since we had an early departure.

Excelente opções de alimentação, cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Lazer para crianças e a localização maravilhosa. Tivemos problemas no check-in, queríamos uma cama extra para criança , mas pronto foi resolvido.Precisaria melhorar pequenos detalhes na limpeza dos azulejos que tinha limo em alguns locais,(pequenos detalhes que podem ser resolvidos sem custos, basta uma supervisão melhor).

Excelente localização e confonto para a familia

O hotel tem uma localização excelente a poucos metros da principal praça do centro histórico. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama confortável e o banho excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidos . As crianças se divertiram muito com a recreação do hotel e nós também. A piscina com uma prainha é top. A minha única restrição é quanto à internet que não pegava muito bem .

Insatisfação

Minha estadia foi boa… mas a decepção com o atendimento foi horrível… Estávamos em um congresso de mesa posta! Antes de efetuar a reserva percebi que que não havia 3 camas, afinal foram 3 amigas em um quarto, logo liguei para o hotel e questionei é uma das atendentes me afirmou não ter problema que eu faria a reserva de 2 adultos e uma criança que eles nos colocariam em um quarto com cama reserva é assim foi feito… Na data do Check-in tivemos que pagar mais 550,00 por ser um adulto e não criança, visto que nós informamos antes como que faríamos a reserva… e pra completar o quarto era o mesmo, nada ia mudar. Continuamos com a cama reserva infantil então o porque da cobrança a mais? Sem contar a grosseria do atendente Alexandre que se quer tentou atender e entender o que havia acontecido. Por ser um hotel de alto luxo esperava muito mais na resolução desse caso afinal a acomodação não mudou. Um descaso. Confesso que se eu tivesse reservado uma pousada mais simples seria muito mais bem atendida e entendida. Fica aqui minha extrema decepção com a colhida desse hotel. Não adianta ser luxo se não tem atendimento de excelência prezando pela satisfação do cliente. Não volto mais. Sugestão melhorem os quartos de 3 camas para que esse desconforto não aconteça com demais hóspedes. Outra sugestão o congresso de mesa posta acontece todo ano no hotel, seria interessante um desconto para quem desejar hospedar vinda do congresso.

Realmente, as instalações (principalmente aquelas voltadas para as crianças) são excelentes. Recreação, brinquedos e atividades sensacionais e para todas as idades. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Comida excelente. Único porém é em relação ao check out. Como todo mundo sai no mesmo horário, as filar para o check out demoram demais.
