We stayed here twice on our Alaska trip and definitely the second room was much better! The first night we stayed in the basement floor and the room was definitely low grade. The shower was stopped up and the water would not drain and it was dirty! The second room was so much better and was very comfortable.

Property sent me an email with check in info. Telephone # for complimentary shuttle was wrong. Had to get a cab and pay $20 for ride. Desk clerk could of cared less. Saw shuttle driver and he told me he has told them for two weeks to correct the contact #. First room given 314 had not been cleaned. Second room 360 smelled like an ashtray.

I like the location, and the breakfast was good, except for the juice machine that was out of order for 2 days or the lady that walked behind you and every time you reached for something suddenly she was cleaning that area or had to move the item. . What I did not care for was the lack of upkeep and the lack of knowledge the staff had. The pool was very cold, the restroom next to the pool was run down, dripped water, and smelled of mold. The restroom closest to the dinning area was out of order the entire 2 days we were there. Our key card would not work on the outside doors even though the front desk staff tried reprogramming it twice. As far as the staff every time we had a question or issue we were told “uh, sorry she is new or sorry I don’t know I’m new, or just I have no idea how to do that.” I realize that we are all new at our jobs at some point but for multiple staff to give us the same answers there needs to be some accountability with whom is doing the training. This place is very busy and very pricey yet not ran or kept up like a 4 star property. I would not recommend it or stay here again.

This is a decent, wildly overpriced airport hotel. Vanilla facility and rooms. Service was especially bad (e.g. no coffee pods in my room for morning coffee). Poor service was especially noteworthy with the airport shuttle, spotty service and 30 minutes late for a scheduled early morning run...waiting guests had to scramble for Lifts and cabs...will not return!

This hotel was not ready for guests and everything was very evident upon arrival after a 7 hour drive to get to the hotel and find the parking lot full of construction containers causing difficulty in parking. The hot water not working just made it worse and the water leak outside my door in a bucket dripping all night was very annoying! The on duty manager was very rude stating that I was lucky I didn't have a roommate due to their over booking. That was of no fault of mine. I would have loved to have stayed in a different hotel then I could have gotten some sleep without listening to a constant drip in a bucket all NIGHT! The parking lot was inexcusable. This hotel should not have been open for business! I would really appreciate at the very least a partial or full refund of my costs to stay there in a bootcamp experience! DO BETTER!

It was great! It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids in tow. Thank you!

Our first room smelled so bad we couldn’t stay in it. They changed rooms and that one was fine. Entire property need a renovation asap. Heat/air conditioning needs improvement. It’s very noisy when on and temperature was not accurate or controllable. We would not stay here again and cannot in good conscience recommend it.

The hotel was very rundown. Many things were nonworking or out of order. There was a large leak in the ceiling in the hallway. The room smelt terrible. There was no soap or lotion. It was dirty and just overall not a good experience in the least.
