Hotel and staff were great. 3 star because all night everytime the heat came on you could here the pipe expanding behind the wall and it sounded like a loud knocking sound every 20 min for about 20-30 seconds. Got no sleep at all

We found a dried up dirty Kleenex in the bed. When I advised the front desk in check out they gave us 15 dollar off our room. I tried to use the QR code to do a review but the code would not work.
