Citizen M is a unique “Quirky” place. Ideally situated within a short walk of the airport terminal. Considering the location, prices are good.

Very clean and organized. The biggest surprise was the restaurant. We had some of the best meals of our vacation here. Dinner was top restaurant quality! And the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very unexpected but totally appreciated.

Great Breakfast and room size

Great location for airport and trains. Nice staff. Good size hotel room, well equipped.

Comfortable room for stop over near the airport

It has a convenient shuttle from Schiphol, but hotel staff smoke near the bus stop. My room was big, clean, and quiet (no airplane noise), but the mini-fridge compressor was noisy even though the fridge was empty. Its power cable was hidden behind a metal grille and could not be unplugged. I chose this airport hotel for its eco-friendly claims, but powering an empty fridge without allowing the guest to turn it off seems wasteful. I did not stay long enough at this hotel to experience many of its other eco-friendly features, such as reduced housekeeping visits, but the toiletry consumables (e.g. soap) were in large, refillable bottles.
