Easy option for families in the school holidays. Hotel is starting to get a bit tired but was clean. Needed extra staff for housekeeping and F&B service to manage busy hotel.

Amazing for families with kids has pool sauna ice skating tennis basketball play areas duck feeding giant blow up castle and huge rainbow skids activities , movie theatre We missed the house riding Very friendly staff I would have given 5 has it not been for limited food options at resort such as not being to get Ala carte breakfast The breakfast buffet eggs were very ordinary to terrible. At least let people order eggs this way Also would have been good to have Greek yogurt at breakfast buffet My previous 2 stays were not during school holidays and before Covid The sublime cafe has outstanding prawn pasta and arancini, but terrible calamari and no cakes no soups could really do with more options such as pizza. They used to in the past have very nice cake selections I honestly over all love this resort I think with modifications to have more food options would be a 5 out of 5 I guess one would drive to Leura and Katoomba but it was extremely cold and we really wanted to stay in resort so had to get uber eats one night to hotel as my husband had a cold and did not want to be in zero weather We only booked a month before so could not get interconnected rooms but they gave us 2 rooms next to each other and were extremely good to change bed configurations to be king or 2 singles as we wanted The new ice rink is so lovely wish they made it double the size as there is space !

An honest review...There were plenty of games rooms and activities for kids such as ice-skating and basket ball courts. We wish we had more time here. I think the horse riding would do really well and it's a shame the stable is not in use. The property was beautiful and the breakfast and staff were terrific. The building itself is very outdated but it has a lot of character. Some of the furniture and fixtures need a bit of a spruce up such as a faulty lamp, scratches over the bath and no bin liner. Nothing big really! The giant rainbow slide...well the kids were upset that is wasn't running the day we came. The extra large bath towels were so comfortable and I loved how spacious the room was compared to other resorts. Overall we would definitely come back and for a longer visit so we can get the most out of what this great family resort has to offer.

What a disappointment. This Resort once was a lovely place to go to and enjoy yourselves. Now it is a place to go if you have kids the noise slamming doors kids running up the corridors yelling. The spa was so full of kids we couldn't even get a foot in with the kids.The pool they had balls throwing all in the pool not good. The days we stayed the Whisky bar was closed,never saw the shop open , the lounge with the fire place and bar serving snacks ,snacks stopped at 5 and the bar closed at 6.Our thoughts have changed and unless you have children I would give this a miss.

The room was quite spacious with most of the requirements for our family, however they do need a bit of an upgrade. The combined bathtub/shower doesn’t work as water ends up all over the floor of the small bathroom which is very frustrating! The exhaust fan in the bathroom was out of order & quickly fogged up whenever having a hot shower. Our TV was tempremental at times & needs to be replaced. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day & our stay overall was good.

All good for a family however the room should be prepared for the number of people stay there not just one person Would be good if requested items such as robe and slippers could have been delivered to the pool area as there was none in the room
