I have been here a number of times and usually at the same of year when it’s busy but lately it’s becoming increasingly understaffed, so you end up waiting in lines a lot, for everything, even coffee. The room did not get housekeeping service on a multi-day stay, we ran out of tissue paper, toilet paper, and only got two coffee pods for 5 people for multiple days. The restaurant opened late for lunch. These are all the things that happen when you try to trim staff to increase profits. The food is terrible (think greasy high fat and sugar, low flavour and quality, American style fried junk) but that’s nothing new I assume they are just trying to cater to their audience. Bring your own food unless you want to eat carnival food every day.

We had a good stay in the hotel. Lot’s of fun things to do for kids! Just too pricey to dine eat inside. I would recommend to just eat outside instead of paying $65 for a buffet not worth it!

Such a great little trip for families. So many activities (beyond even just the water park) and the resort was especially magical decorated for Christmas! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food options were great and the location is impossible to beat. So close to the falls and Clifton Hill and with the Niagara Falls festival of lights happening it was the perfect festive weekend getaway.

Dirty room, pillows had food stains, new pillows were brought to us and the carpet was filthy. We only encountered one staff member who actually spoke to us for more than 2 seconds and was helpful. Most staff were short responses or rude. Not much to do for younger children 3 annd under unfortunately. Even the staff said they weren’t sure what activities would work for under 3 other than the one kiddie pool. I don’t think we’ll be back.
