This particular Comfort Inn looked nice on the outside. The room we were first in hadn't been cleaned so we requested a different room. (We checked in at 7:00 PM.) The second room, while the bed had been made, the room was not clean. The next day when we arrived back at our room, the safety latch was holding the door open. When I asked the desk about it, they said that one of the maids does do that!!! The sheet and comforter were just thrown up on the bed. It was not made. We were at the end of the hallway right near a side entrance. The key pad at that entrance was broken so all you had to do was jerk on the door and it opened! AND our room door was left "open". There were dead cockroaches in the entryway as well. We were not provided with shampoo,etc and the bathroom floor was not swept. We will NOT stay there again.

Certainly impressed with the state of the hotel compared to a few years ago. Beds are super comfortable and a personal favorite of mine is all of the fluffy yet supportive pillows you get on the bed unlike most other hotels. Staff is always welcoming & helpful with anything you need 😊.

AWESOME

The room smelled clean. Plenty of space. Lots of charging ports. Excellent lighting options. Room with single king bed had a spacious sitting area with a simple desk for office duties on the go. Price was fair. We were going to stop at Danville. But they were all full. This motel had great parking and it was quiet. A great breakfast is included, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, and so forth. Along with the cereals and toast. Not a lot of options for an old fat diabetic but it was excellent all the same.
