People need to know this is a somewhat residential situation smoking and pets allowed linens are threadbare no housekeeping unless asked to do so asked for because people live there and sometimes do not want their rooms done we were there for 3 days. and did not know the circumstances

Basic but clean,safe room. I stay here three. Nights a week most weeks for work and it is perfect for me. The staff is SO friendly.

GREAT experience. Friendly staff and quiet room.If you need a place to sleep and work this fits the bill. I will definitely stay again

Reserved a suite and when I checked in they gave me a regular room. Had to go back to the front desk to get it changed and the suite wasn't ready so I had to wait 30 minutes. The fire alarms went off 2 times during the night and also there was some kind of humming noise frequently through the night. Over all I probably wouldn't stay there again but it is a good 3nough place to stay if it's your only option.

The ad said breakfast and pool available. They didn’t have either!! The attendants tried to be as helpful as possible without those but especially missed breakfast The fact that it was advertised was why we chose Derby Inn
