CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND ATTENDANT WAS FRIENDLY AND ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TWO ROOMS TOGETHER SO WE COULD BE CLOSE TO THE PEOPLE WE WERE TRAVELING WITH, EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION WAS MADE AND PAID FOR UNDER OUR NAME FOR BOTH ROOMS.

This Hampton Inn was so disappointing. It needs updating badly with attention to the air conditioner. It was loud unless you turned the temp warmer. The bathroom does not have a fan, so it’s hot and steamy. The food was awful.

It was nice & clean. The outside was very well lit for walking dogs after dark. As dogs are not allowed in the dining room, I believe it would be nice if there were a outside patio area so people could eat together & their pets could be with them. Also, handheld shower heads would have been very nice.

Rooms were average. Could not get the luggage rack into the room. Bathroom floor looked dirty as items on the grout. Shower base looked dirty. Toilet was so low to the floor. Staff were not aware of any safety procedures for tornadoes.
