Our stay at Quality Inn - Lexington Horse Park was nice. Our room was very clean, atmosphere was quiet & staff was friendly. There were not any carts available upon arrival or departure to transport our luggage etc up to our room so we had to make several trips back & forth. We suggest the hotel invest in more carts for your guests.

Don’t Have High Expectations

We had high hopes for this hotel, but most of those were squandered early on.The one plus side is the staff is SUPER NICE. Every complaint we had they tried to address best they could. The hotel is old and there are so many scuffs on the floor in the bathroom, it just looks dirty. The tv makes a loud noise if you turn it up too loud. Room service does not happen at all during your stay unless you request it. Towels are not replaced unless requested no matter the length of your stay. It looks like there used to be a fan in the bathroom but it doesn’t work. The drains in the sink and shower were extremely slow. We also had what looked like snot on our shower curtain, but luckily after the second time asking, it was addressed.

sent me thru a scary parking lot to a dirty room

I would never recommend this location. I arrived at 11 pm traveling solo as a female and I requested the closest room available, not seeing a luggage cart. The clerk took forever to type in every detail from my credit card and ID (maybe 10-15 minutes) and then sent me outside in the parking lot >100 yards to the entry-way. When I got to the room , it was not cleaned and I returned to the desk, lugging my heavy bag. Then I again asked for the closest room available, and SURPRISE, one was located very close to the inside elevator.....which was obviously available the whole time. Secondly the healthy breakfast choices were very limited, instant oatmeal, an apple, (no yogurt or whole grain breads)....just pastries and some instant eggs and waffle maker.

KY horse park show

Visited the Kentucky Defender show this past weekend, great location to the park and eating within walking distance. They overbooked the hotel I paid for so put us in another attached hotel. The tv is wi fi and wouldn’t work. There was no soap in our bathroom. But it did the job and the room itself was clean. Looks to be remodeling done in hallway and stairs

Stay was okay. Ample parking and they had free breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and the first floor looks great. Once you hop on the elevator and get on the second floor is when it goes downhill. The floors looked old, carpet was kind of dirty. Once we got into our rooms, the sink was clogged and the catch pipe was leaking. The toilet water refilled very slowly and the shower didn’t drain well either. They had major plumbing issues. A first floor hallway had a leaking ceiling into a large garbage can the entire time we were there. The room was poorly lit. It was constantly dark, even during the day. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. It wasn’t the most expensive hotel, still for what he paid, the quality wasn’t worth it.
