This spacious two-story home is perfect for families seeking a coastal getaway. Downstairs features an external entry wet room for beach gear, Bedrooms 2 & 3 with Smart TVs (no free-to-air), and Bedroom 4, a children’s retreat with a tri-bunk, single bunk, and a Nintendo console. The laundry includes a washer and dryer, and the bathroom has a shower over bath. Air conditioning is supplied via a hallway unit.

Upstairs hosts the updated kitchen and lounge with air conditioning, a large Smart TV, the main bedroom, and the main bathroom.
