We went for a family getaway for the weekend. We booked 4 suites but little did we know that they would put us on the same area as the hockey team and parents. We have small grandchildren and due to no noise control everyone had trouble falling asleep. Not just because of the hockey players but the parents were loud and obnoxious because of all the alcohol they had consumed. This continued until 12:45.i I realize now that there are many hockey tournaments in NF but I do believe that there has to be consideration for other guests as well. As far as we could tell noise was not being monitored. The one thing we were pleased with was the availability of a room downstairs that we could all get together as a family (there were 24 of us) and share pizzas etc in that parlour room, much appreciated.

We booked 5 rooms for ourselves and our four children and 17 grandchildren who are all under 12 years of age. This waterpark is perfect for this age group and they love it. They are so excited for weeks in advance and look forward to it every year.

Waterpark was nice and the kids had a great time. Mattresses were very uncomfortable so no one slept well. Breakfast was definitely not worth the $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Went to Stacked for day 2 breakfast instead and it was about the same price but yummy. Parking is extra but not bad. Staff was very friendly helpful.

Could be great but they charge for every little thing. $25 parking, $20 buffet breakfast that is complimentary at most hotels, coffee bar in the lobby with coffee starting at $3.00 a cup. The arcade has decent games but half don't work and/or steal your tokens. Went in the hot tub in the evening and it was foamy with a brown sludge mixed with hair around the rim of the tub, absolutely nasty. Has potential but a lot of work to do.

Most of the arcade is broken down. Not as many slides as expected. We spend an hour at the waterpark and felt fairly done. The poolside bar is abit sad. The staff are good and the room is fairly large. Overall could use some love.
