room is clean and spacious and as described on photo. Location is a bit tricky to find as there is twist and turn on the street. Parking is also tricky but we kind of knew it ahead of time.

The check in was stressful and unorganized. We were to receive an email with the codes we needed for the apartment which we did not get. Could not reach anyone. Thankfully a local person helped us. 90 minutes later they found our reservation and we were finally let in The apartment was nice and centrally located. Other than the check in we enjoyed our stay.

We visited with a group of 8 friends. My wife and I were only there for a night on our way to the airport the next day. This was way too short!! Our room was HUGE, nice, comfortable, perfect! We had a peek-a-boo view of the castle on the hill. This is located perfectly near restaurants and Sintra sights. We really want to return for a longer stay!

This property has the potential to be a Hidden Gem if only the owner would maintain it properly it could use a coat of paint a good cleaning and repairs to several things in the room We saw a cockroach and several other bugs I would not recommend this place until the owner takes some pride in it

Very good location, albeit that there's a short uphill walk to get to the main square - that seems to be the case for everywhere in Sintra! The apartment itself was very comfortable with a big bed, air-conditioning and lovely views. It was clean and the bathroom was a decent size. The kitchen area was adequate for my purposes but could probably do with updating. I stayed in the loft room and am short, so it wasn't an issue for me but taller guests may find the low beams problematic.

The only thing about the studio I had it’s in the second floor no mentioning about that. I am a 65 years old and I have injured in my foot. It take me a long time to take my luggage to the second floor. To send message to the hotel, they reply to you after 48 hours

The street was closed off to our uber driver so we had to walk 400m with our heavy luggage, which was really tough and inconvenient. Additionally, the plumbing was problematic and made the whole apartment smell really badly of feces. Even when someone came to fix the shower, the place still smelled and their only solution was to use air fresheners.

Exceptional property right in the heart of historical Sintra. Super communicative and helpful staff and very quiet neighborhood - walkable to everywhere except ofcourse Pena palace. Don’t come here if you expect an antiseptic boring Hilton hotel experience. Highly recommended!

Favourite place we stayed all trip! Spacious and clean, in the heart of Historical area of Sintra. Felt like a local and would absolutely stay here again! Great communication and very well kept space woth awesome AC. Close to everywhere and everything you need to see. Make sure to pick their spot to park as that was the most difficult part of the stay. But the effort was worth the reward!
