We got the upgraded room option including breakfast and we were really glad that we did. The room had a comfortable queen size bed with a large TV (with satellite service) and a nice bathroom. A/C also came in handy when the room got hot as the weather in Lisbon was great. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurant and shopping options very nearby and the nice continental breakfast and coffee were quite good. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I will write an honest review on this… the room does not look like the pictures… not sure if they are under construction/ renovations but it really doesn’t look like any of the pictures. the property has an elevator that doesn’t work very well (or all floors). The room wasn’t very clean either (dirty walls, doors with stains and even sink had dry paint all over it). Bedsheets had some stains on it too… The staff was nice and friendly… the property location is amazing. Close to all the touristic attractions. I didn’t want to give it less stars because the location is truly the best part about this…

Place is clean and close to shops. Mattress is like wood. 11.5 inches between wall and bed. 5 th floor ceiling angled- be careful you don't bump your head. Staff courteous but will not solve issues. Construction(from 4 AM) next to properly. Would not book this for my enemies.

Title: Disappointing stay – hygiene and maintenanc

Review: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell that was very unpleasant every time I returned to the room. The shower area had visible black mould along the edges, and the towels provided were stained yellow, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The air conditioning was also not effective – even when set to 16°C, the room remained warm and stuffy. The view from the window was of the air conditioning units of the building across, which didn’t help the overall atmosphere. The lift used by guests looked unfinished and felt like it was still under construction, adding to the sense that the hotel was poorly maintained. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was broken and could not be locked, which was quite inconvenient. The only redeeming quality was the location – it’s very convenient and centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. I had hoped for a more comfortable and clean experience, but unfortunately, these issues made my stay far less enjoyable than expected.

The only complaint that I have about the hotel was there was no fridge or ice available. The weather when we visited was 41 degrees, and keeping a boot’e of fresh water would have been nice. But asides from that everything was great including breakfast! Thanks again to the wonderful staff

The bed was very comfortable! The location was great! Very walkable and so close to public transportation. We went everywhere we wanted via public transportation without any issue. The space was perfect for what my friend and I needed. Would stay there again!

We checked in and were so disgusted by the conditions that we abandoned our reservation (no refund) and found another hotel to stay at. My wife was in tears at the thoughts of sleeping there. Reprehensible conditions. The elevator is unsafe (no way it meets any building safety codes.) the place needs to be completely gutted to make it suitable for guests. Front desk had zero care for our concerns. Had vibes of a homeless shelter. Description on Expedia is totally misleading.

Parking in that area is huge issue! Parking on street only with permits, paid lots who knows where and super overpriced! NO Hot water in pipes. Let it run for 15 min, still zero result. Staff advised need run it for a while…

Nice room with A/C and a little balcony. Free soap, shower caps, razors, toothbrush and slippers. Towels and extra blankets provided. Overall pretty nice and the staff were very friendly. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and souvenir shops so great location for people who want to walk around and enjoy the night life. Only downsides are the stairs if you're on the upper floors (lots of stairs and they're pretty crooked), the noise (because of the great location, that means lots of tourists and street noises) and the mattress is hard (springs hurting my hips and ribs).
