Great hotel, we stayed during the power cut on the Iberian peninsula and the hotel was amazing. They worked tirelessly in very difficult conditions to ensure everyone was. Watered for and things got done without a hitch. Couldn’t praise them highly enough. A great hotel to stay in

We had a few days to explore Lisbon after our cruise but had no idea of what to see. The staff offered suggestions and arranged a local tour agency to get us on tours that would hit the highlights. and very reasonably priced as well. also the tours had hotel pick up which made it very convenient. whenever I had a question about anything, they were more than helpful, had a great three days there. would definitely recommend.
