I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!

What a great boutique hotel. The room was perfect, we had a complimentary bottle of wine that set the tone for our trip. The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to many of the must visit sites in the area.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Lisboa. Parking was the only issue - 2 blocks away- but for the area, just having it was a plus. It is part of the square and walking distance to lots of must sees and right on public transit.

The property location is incredibly convenient for all activities from sightseeing to dining to local transportation. Our room was a suite which was comfortable and clean, but not overly spacious. We did not eat any meals at the hotel restaurant, but had excellent espresso martinis for nightcaps on a couple evenings. The staff was fine-not overly friendly but cordial. We would stay here again mainly because of the location.

Great hotel!

It was a real pleasure to stay in Pestana Rua Augusta hotel right in the center of the city with very close proximity to many historical places in Lisbon. The service was excellent and the room was spacious with modern interior.

New Year’s Eve couldn’t have been better in Lisbon, Portugal. With its vibrant neighborhood close to everything you need to experience in Portugal, Pestana Rua Pestana Augusta Lisboa is the perfect place to stay in Lisbon. From one of the best front line staff- concierge, receptionists, manager, housekeeper, we made Rua Pestana Augusta Lisboa our home away from home in Europe for New Year’s.

Fantastic location for NYE as it's right around the corner from Plaza Comercial. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the central heater that made our rooms too hot, it took 3 nights to get it fixed and then we just ended up turning off the thermostat completel because even the central fan was blowing in hot air. Also, one of our 3 rooms had a distinct mold smell. Notified management & the housekeeper that came to pour bleach down the drain said it is a reoccuring issue. The bleach did get rid of the smell. If staying at this hotel I would request a room on the 4th or 5th floor so you can leave the windows open overnight without too much noise or cigarette smoke wafting in. The staff and housekeeping were very nice and responsive.
