Fantastic location and great price

Hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of sites in Baixa and Alfama. Very friendly staff, immaculate room. We parked our hire car in Telpark which is 150 yards from the hotel for €25 per day. Really close to the blue metro line and easy walk to tram 28.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Lisbon's many neighborhoods and sights. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful and secured our transfer back to the airport for us. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The Hotel is convenient for everything,clean quiet and rooms are just enough. The toaster at breakfast is ridiculously slow maybe they need a new one. But everything was excellent otherwise.

Hello, I am one of the guests who stayed with my husband in Room 405 at The 7 Hotel in Lisbon from November 10th to 11th for a one-night stay. This was our first visit to Lisbon, and after careful consideration, we chose The 7 Hotel due to its high ratings on Google, and we had high expectations. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. However, the condition of the room assigned to us was not satisfactory. The bathroom ventilation was poor, which filled the room with an unpleasant odor. The biggest issue was the bed, which had a sunken middle section. This caused excessive noise whenever we turned over, and the discomfort led to back pain, so my husband and I could barely sleep and were awake most of the night. We had looked forward to this brief 2-day trip, but the uncomfortable bed prevented us from getting any restful sleep, leaving us in poor condition. We had high expectations for our stay, so it was very disappointing to have this experience.

Property canceled reservation Expedia never informed us. Had to book on the day with hotel. Cost $80 more than booking made in July for one day. Was easy to book with Pedro, a very excellent front desk person. Room was small and oddly configured so you stubbed toes on bed getting around, but was clean and well appointed
