Really great location for the city centre and night life. 15 minutes walk from the train station which was a really nice walk. River side hotel with lovely views. Definitely recommend

Modern look to hotel inside, good facilities

Hotel reception looks modern, got room upgrade to a more spacious room with complimentary drinks. The room looked a little worn but comfortable. Brilliant bar with a lovely large terrace with views of the river Mersey.

Ideally situated only a short walk to shops, entertainment and waterfront. It’s own car park available just round the corner at a discounted price. The room was good and the hotel was fine. Let down by housekeeping not alway leaving clean cups, changing towels and replenishing used tea/coffee, particularly the milk, items.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. It cost me £400 for two nights. I had to check out a day early and was told to email (name is not a joke) the manager Liam Gallagher to enquire about a refund and got no reply. What a joke. The property has no fridge in rooms despite claiming to be 4 star. Room was tiny. Awful view. Rubbish!

Book another hotel

The rooms had a damp smell. The air conditioning was noisy and leaked water. The beds you could feel the springs. The pillows were old and well used. The curtains had small holes in them. The bath was very slippy. Breakfast! We had to find our own table and ask for cutlery. The layout was very unorganised and staff only refilled the empty food trays when customers informed staff. The building outside was very dirty and looked run down. I would not recommend this hotel
