Breakfast was excellent, so many choices! Air conditioner leaked when I first checked in, but was fixed quickly! Shower was slow to drain. There was a wet spot in the hall rug that was a little slippery, and it was there for my whole stay. Some of the staff were super nice, some just ok. The hotel is absolutely central to all the sights! Overall, I had a very good stay... but they do need to fix a few things.

I was somewhat hesitant to book a best western hotel when visiting Ljubjana, but it seemed the most economical and convenient for our family of 3. We all loved it. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for 3 of us. The valet parking made parking easy but a bit pricey that we didn’t mind paying for the comfort. We could walk everywhere from the hotel and the breakfast, which was included in the price, another convenience, was amazing. There was everything you could imagine for a breakfast and more, even sparkling wine. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Ljubjana.

Excellent location for seeing Ljubljana

The hotel is located in a primarily pedestrianized area with very easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Valet parking is available which was well worth it considering the area and location of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and courteous and all of them speak English which made things a lot easier even though we used certain (simple) words and phrases in Slovenian. The room was small but adequate and comfortable. Well worth staying here.

The best part of my stay was the front desk staff ensuring I had good internet connection for two very important meetings. The first room had really bad internet signal. I was move to another room with great signal and overall a better room. My suggestion is that they check signals in the room. Outside the first room, signal was okay. Inside, it was terrible. I had no issue once I was moved to a room with a modem outside. The hotel is in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, sites, bus station, Transport etc. I would stay again.

This stay was outstanding!! The best location right by the old town pedestrian area. Breakfast was included and was outstanding… the Front Desk staff were absolutely incredibly helpful…..Giving recommendations for restaurants, where to do laundry, how to take the bus to Lake Bled etc. highly recommend and would stay again. The only downside is that they are doing construction on the inner hotel rooms and we had room 301 and you could hear the hammering and construction happening around 8:30 AM in the morning. But it was not a terrible hindrance to the Visit.

We loved the central location, very close to the main walking area, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, very quiet, blackout blinds, and great shower with tub. We sleep amazingly! The breakfast is delicious with the widest selection of hot and cold food items we have ever had in Europe! Highly recommend

Really good stay here, the hotel is lovely, breakfast was good. The rooms are a little dated, but clean comfortable with good air con. One downside is the shower head wasn’t the same fitting as the pole so we had to hand hold it, the shower layout in general seemed to not quite fit right. But overall great location and great hotel

Hotel is in an excellent area. Very easy to get around from here. Tourist sights are all in walking distance The rooms could do with a bit of updating. Don't know if this applies to all rooms. Breakfast was fine. And it was easy to get to sleep , all quiet on a night, even though it is in a lively area throughout the day.

Very accessible to the old town, bus station and just across Zara for shopping. The breakfast options were very good and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that they're renovating but I barely heard it from my room.
