Had a nice seaview room. And staff very nice .

Buffet breakfast not good when you use a walking stick.bar staff were lovely

Had a lovely stay ,staff very helpful hotel very clean and bright we had a very nice breakast.And would definatly stay again.

Bathroom was very small, shower cubicle very very small for anyone who is a bigger person

We stayed in the "Orme" room which has a fantastic view of the Sea and the Pier at Llandudno. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very clean and tidy. We had an Evening meal and Breakfast which were first class and very tasty. We will be booking agin in the future.

Wonderful stay, gave us early check in, card and chocolates for our 51st Anniversary! Went back to hotel to have a drink in bar at 9.30. Not much of a space to sit and socialise. Breakfast good but expect Pancakes or Eggs Benedict as in sister hotel Wild Pheasant.
