L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

SLEEPS: 2
DISTRIBUTION: on one level. Access to the entrance is via a downward staircase set among large rocks. In the unique environment there is a double bed, 2 poufs, table and chairs and a kitchenette. The bathroom with shower can be reached via a small hallway / dressing room. An extensive terrace, largely "veranda", runs around the two sides of the apartment.
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a spectacular veranda, with two huge granite columns chiseled by hand, is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, and ranges over the enchanting seascape.
VIEW: Sea view. This apartment has a splendid view of the gulf from the large veranda / terrace and from the huge vasistas window in the living room. Garden view: from the veranda / terrace
NEXT: on the left it borders the living room of apartment # 8. The other 3 sides are free from adjacent neighbors. Below no apartment. MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
