Total construction on main road (Wellington St) so getting to/from hotel is a challenge. In booking hotel Expedia shows "breakfast included" - but it is not - only Coffee available. No restaurant on site, but lots of restaurants within walking distance. TV is good and there is a list of channels provided; however, there is no GUIDE to see what's playing or upcoming, so you have to scroll each channel to see what's currently playing, but not what's coming up. No streaming service like Marriott hotels so you can't get Netflix, Prime, etc. - Overall hotel was satisfactory for the one night.

(1) I was required to make a deposit in case i damaged the room or stole items from the room. I have no problem with the deposit for that purpose. But, that deposit should be returned immediatly after I turn in the keys to leave. if thats not possible because of an administration proceedure the I should be given something in writing to say it was inspected by hotel staff and there is no claim.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The only issue I had is that the lighting was very dim in the room so it seemed dreary and difficult to read in the evening.

Average stay

Clean hotel, the room was not what was expected/order from Hotels website, they provided alternative but start of the conversation with clerk was already on back foot, then had to wait for them to find alternative to suit my needs. The hotel was under renovations, so a lot of amenities were not available. Overall a average stay.
