The are doing reno's, cleamn hotel, no wifi etc

We had a few problems that we werent too happy with. No wifi for the kids all weekend, the workout center is closed, dining room is closed. And fire alarm went off. Our room wasnt cleaned when we can back from hockey around 5pm Renovations going on so that is the reason for the issues. You have to discount your rates when doing renos. You cant charge market price but have most services not available. Staff are nice and friendly the hotel is clean.

The property is under construction, but the room we were in was renovated. It was a very nice, spacious room. It didn't have a microwave though. The restaurant was closed also, but there's lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were very nice & accomodating.

They did not have breakfast due to “renovations”, suggested stacked across the parking lot (at our cost of course) They had coffee, but only cream option, no alternative such as milk or lactose free. Kind of gave me attitude when I asked about it, the fourth floor reeked of cigarettes and staff didn’t seem to care.
