Very nice hotel. Front desk staff ver friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Was worried at first due to the condition of most of the doors to the rooms. Definitely need painting and some possible replacements. The hotel was very nice and highly recommend. Breakfast was perfect for a light quick breakfast. Parking was extra but right next to hotel. Please consider painting room doors because the hotel is so nice it really brings the appearance down. Several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will visit again!

Nice front desk staff. Well laid out and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Pillows and bedding we poor. Comfortable sleep is pinnacle. Room needed repair. Hinge under bar was off, I clipped it in. Shower enamel is peeling.

Good location and the microwave and fridge were handy. But the bedframe was a wooden box much bigger than the mattress and the same color as the carpet—a bit of a menace (I’ve got a massive bruise from walking into it). No microwaveable cups either so I had to go buy one (no kettle…).

Clean, location was really good, close to everything. We ordered room service from Jack Astor’s which is across the street. It was quick, good size portion, delicious. Room size, decor, setup is great. We had the king room. So one room had the bed, two night stands, dresser and tv. Connects to bathroom/shower separated from sink. Closet area, then other room has pull out bed, couch chair, nice desk, two chairs, coffee table and tv. Microwave, coffee, fridge. Beautiful room. Would definitely stay again if we come back to London. Parking is under ground and it’s $32 a night. It didn’t list when we booked so thought I’d mention. Parking is decent and spacious.
