Rooms are tiny located outside access very loud Housekeeping outdide of rooms but dont go to your room. Loud talking early in the morning

My friends and I love this place! Can’t recommend it enough for anywhere Hollywood or universal . We stay here every year for horror nights and will doing so for a long time!

Loved this place. Close to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Excellent lounge and diner in house. Quaint quiet pool area, staff super friendly. Love all the Hollywood memorabilia. I'd 100% stay here again. Only thing I'd say it needs is a set of weights in the fitness center and a water machine in there.

We were very happy with our room. Very clean and well decorated. Had a great view of the Hollywood sign from our window. The diner attached is wonderful. The food was excellent and service was outstanding. A bit pricey but so is everything in the area. The valet was fantastic. We used the service several times and he was pleasant and accommodating every time. The hotel doesn’t service the room while you are there which is fine with us. Towels and other necessities are readily available from the front desk anytime of day.
