The hotel room I was in smelled like mildew. I was changed to another room and it too smelled like mildew. I daughter and I was uncomfortable and my asthma began to bother me. In checked in around 11:30 am, so imagine having to change rooms, after 2am because I couldn’t tolerate it any longer.
The property was clean and well-kept. Though it was frustrating no early check-ins were available, I was pleased with my room once I was able to get in. The bed was comfy and the space was roomy. No bad odors existed and there wasn't any noise, so I was able to enjoy a much-needed peaceful sleep.
Wish we could have had more time to enjoy the hotel services but unfortunately we were there for a few hours just to shut some eye and back on the road but for the part the room had everything we needed
Everyone was so nice and helpful especially checking in with the front desk, we had a wedding to go to and everyone made it possible for us to check in and get ready and show up on time! The housekeeping staff was also very nice and helpful!
