Poor check in ruins the experience

Waited 25 minutes to check in, only 1 person working. I enquired why she was on her own and replied that the manager was so busy as well. There was no smile, no apology for the wait. This poor experience set the tone for your 1st nights stay - I wonder what has a higher priority than creating a good 1st experience for new guests?

Championship Play off Weekend

I've stayed in this hotel before on a previous trip to Wembley. Close to Watford centre and easy transport links to London and Wembley. The hotel doesn't have a car park but only 5 minutes walk is a car park so not a bother and only £8 for 48hrs. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Good place to crash

Great location for central Watford. Despite being next to the main road, the rooms were quiet. Didn’t use any of the facilities

Loved my night at the hotel. Location was perfect. Bed comfy and rooms was clean. I was checked in by a nice lady however she gave me zero eye contact which is a shame, I currently work in a 4 star hotel and know how important it is to give the customers eye contact. I was given my key and nothing was explained to me or where the lifts are etc I had to ask all these questions.

Awesome hotel

Stayed 2days for the harry potter tour and the hotel was perfect for it. Close to trains buses and a big shopping centre just opposite hotel which has everything. Hotel is spotless .. staff friendly .. rooms clean and big. Breakfast was lovely aswell. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Definitely stay again.

I requested for a higher floor room which is quiet and they gave me just that! They had lots of options on the food menu and they left some tasty chocolate cookies on the desk. Everything was clean and furnished nicely. There’s vending machine with some nice options. It’s very pretty looking inside, the elevators and all around. I really enjoyed my stay :)
