Overall, the property was fine. However, the age of the property was readily apparent. Whether it was the tattered window treatments or the broken lamp shade, the place was in need of a facelift. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the rate of the room mated what was received.

I was quite disappointed in the time it took to get the shuttle from the airport. More so that I was told that they would be there in 20 minutes and had to call twice to find out where they were. Ended up taking 50 minutes before I was picked up. When I got to the hotel, all the front desk had to say was that it was very busy on the roads. At the same time I have been dropped off by the rental car company and he had commented that he had never seen it so quiet at the airport which was closer to the truth. The hotel was only 15 minutes away.

Property is felt safe and was quiet, parking outside main hotel feels safe but if you have to park in the parking structure it is very creepy especially for a solo woman. Staff is not welcoming, very rude housekeeping, I asked for toilet paper and the woman was rude, window curtains on room 224 were broken, no closet to hang our clothes, no trash bin in bathroom.
