The stay was overall amazing & above my expectations. The room was clean, the staff was absolutely amazing (friendly, helpful, always available & happy to help). The breakfast was delicious & had great selections. The only “negative” thing about the breakfast was that there wasn’t any gluten free options for bread/pastries & the meat proteins were only pork (for being in that area i would think they would’ve offered Turkey sausage/bacon, however the restaurant offered plenty of GF options for dinner) but that was my own personal opinion. They breakfast staff kept everything clean & fully stocked. The restaurant’s food was delicious, delivered hot & fresh. I recommend ordering!! The general areas & pool were always clean. Parking was secure & we felt safe in the hotel. When I go back to the LA area I will definitely stay there again.

Restaurant and housekeeping staff were very kind. The front desk were also friendly, however, this morning I just needed a little more time past check out as my daughter was not feeling to good. I called the front desk to ask if it would be okay to che k out a little past 11am. I was told NO because the hotel was sold out tonight. I was disappointed and I felt the gentleman at the front desk was In compassionate. 😔. If it was not for that experience, I would have raved about my stay. I have always had excellent service at the Glendale Embassy Suites.

The room was clean and we did have housekeeping while we were there. The staff was great and ver accommodating. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we did have some ants in the room. It wasn't an issue for us, because we stayed for such a short time.

I originally booked the room for 3 nights. I wanted to leave by the first day due to no A/C. We informed the front desk and they gave us two box fans. As a family of five I highly don’t recommed staying here. The only good thing was their breakfast.
