The hotel gave my two-bed reserved room away to another guest, and then told me they had instead had aside a one-bed king room. Room was on the third floor with no elevator. Requested a room on the first floor, because one of my party is disabled, and was told there was only one accessible room unoccupied. The room was reserved for another guest. Finally ended up in a first floor, one-bed queen room. Poorly cleaned, no remote control, and uncomfortable beds. Service was rude, and “breakfast” was a joke.

Be aware

It might have been timing but we had police officers onsite and emergency housing people living here so not a place i would recommend. The front desk staff were very helpful with our request for crediting the stay and we subsequently moved to a more appropriate hotel

I arrived late in the evening. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Once in my room, i notice there was red paint, or ink on several spots on the rug otherwise, it was clean. The following day, i was in a zoom meeting and the fire alarm went off. I carried the front desk and they assured me there was no fire, and it was accidentally pulled. After about 5 minutes, the alarm finally was turned off. After my meeting, I left the room and went about my day. The next day, there was a commotion in the next room and police came and arrested a person. It was my last night, so I sucked it up and stayed. I wondered why the place had reasonable prices, now i know. I will not be staying there again

Homeless camp hotel should be it's name. Police presence searching rooms for someone. I had to beg for towels, they canceled my daughter's reservation when she arrived at 11pm and she had to bunk with me and my husband. I wouldn't stay here ever again. Daytime staff seem defeated by their employer. I won't ever trust a extended stay again . If they allow this in one of the safest communities in the nation. El Segundo should close them down.
