I had a horrible room in the basement looking out to a wall and I couldn't sleep at night because of lots of loud clanking and banging coming from the boiler room. On the second night the fire alarm went off, just on our floor and nobody knew what was happening or what to do. The manager was supposed to phone me back but I haven't heard anything. Have stayed at your hotel over and over, but for the price and the fact rooms are looking little run down will be booking at another hotel next time. The check in staff was not friendly bordering on rude, over charged me for room and if your staying at your hotel parking should be a bonus for staying if you have to charge anything for parking at least only charge half to people actually paying to stay at your hotel

Staff and amenities were fantastic. Special shoutout to Ariel Lario, who helped us have a wonderful stay for our anniversary. Proximity to Universal Studios is a plus and I do appreciate the wonderful view of the theme park from our room. Will be coming back here again frequently!
