Was very nice hotel, but had to pay $25 extra to rent a microwave. Also when i booked online, didn't explain about paying parking fees of $50 additionally

We were on the second floor right below the gym. We could hear weights dropping! We could hear all conversations in the hallway. Poor water pressure. $50 per night parking seems high. Food prices in the hotel were triple what they should be! The one great thing was the short walk to universal.

Overall good

Overall our stay was great. The staff was friendly and front desk manager was willing to extend my parking pass to give enough time to visit universal on the final day of checkout. The shuttle between the hotel and universal was quick. The only two things I would say that were not so great were: 1. The shower was warm but not hot 2. The room felt a bit humid or damp like it hadn’t fully dried after a fresh carpet cleaning and shampooing

Was there for universal studios with the kids. Family of four. Very friendly upon arrival. Valet and self parking is kind of pricey at $60 per day, but overall worth the money. Drinks in hotel are pricey as well…so be prepared to fork out $21 for one cocktail plus tip. Free shuttle to the studios and shops, Easy walking as well. The pool Has a bar and is clean, not huge resort style but big enough. Overall 5 stars.
