This is a review for the executive corner room with Universal view. The view was spectacular, particularly at night. Curtains do a decent job of blocking out the light, but it would be helpful to have some sort of fastener or strap to keep the opposing curtains together so no light bleeds through the cracks. Bathroom comes with a shower hose attachment, but the pressure was a bit lower than expected (from the shower head), which was disappointing. Not sure if this is a common issue or if the shower head has a flow regulator. There is ample AC outlets and charging outlets (both USB-A and USB-C on the alarm clock), but you will likely require more USB chargers if you have more than a few electronic devices. TV was nothing extraordinary (it worked!). The coffee machine was actually decent, which I attribute to Hilton using Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Fridge has decent space for drinks and small leftover boxes. Room was overall very clean. As for access to the park, walking was no more than 10 minutes and there are regular shuttles that take you to the park and back. Overall, I'll be coming back again (just fix the shower head pressure please!).

When I got to the room and removed my shoes, my socks became immediately soaked as there was a large wet spot on the carpet. Taking a shower, there was no hot water, and lastly the refrigerator in the room was not working.

This visit has been exceptional thanks to Marisol at the front desk. She checked us in and was absolutely amazing! The hotel is always spotless, the staff is consistently friendly, and everything runs smoothly even when booking through Expedia. I always make sure to reserve my room ahead of time so I can get a good deal as hotel stays can sell out during this time. I always choose reserve and pay later option which helps. You can take the hotel shuttle to the park and it runs until 3am. Highly recommend!
