My stay was good and I would consider staying here again, but travelers who have never been here before should be forewarned about the shuttle: once you arrive at LAX, you have to call the hotel to request the shuttle. I did not know this and had been unable to find the direct number for the hotel prior to my trip. A Google search directed me to information about the shuttle so I just waited for it at the designated spot at the airport. The driver politely chided me the whole way to the hotel about how I would’ve had to wait so much longer if it weren’t for the fact that it was just myself and another guest on the shuttle and I have to call next time and so on and so on. Hyatt might want to consider publishing a direct-line phone number so guests can find one to ask these questions before they arrive.
