The room lack of complementary water. Only one tea bag in the room. No body cream in bathroom or other commonly provided toiletries. The room didn’t get cleaned on my stay nor i was asked if was needed. + Expensive parking. Is this a Hyatt hotel?

Spotless room ! Beautiful clean area inside and out. Parking was easy. Loved my stay and felt very safe and comfortable. Many food options near by. Breakfast was very good as well. Friendly staff & Very happy with my stay. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi was great !

The hotel and its staff were fine. The reason for giving only a 3 star review was the free shuttle from LAX. It took over an hour and was confusing as there are a few Hyatt shuttles. You have to be sure to get on the correct Hyatt shuttle.
