Always a good stay when landing at LAX. Understood the shuttle bus didn’t arrive but we arrived via cab instead. Pool is clean, as are the rooms. Basic but really purposeful motel.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I wouldn't want to stay longer. The area wasn't the nicest, the rooms were okay but a bit noisy. We waited from 15.50-16.40 for the airport shuttle that was supposed to arrive on the hour and never came so ended up getting a taxi. We did use it to go back to the airport the next day and it was very convenient and punctual that way. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel, I would stay here again if I had to for a night but I wouldn't be excited about it.

Couldn't get checked in because of poor communication on company policies. Couldn't get refund and was lied to by employees about which companies are in charge of refunds. Had a giant cockroach run right by my foot onto the wall in the motel lobby.
