I paid the entire 2 nights in advance. I paid the 13th and 14th to check out on the 15th. I arrived in the morning on the 14th. They said they cancelled my entire stay because I didn’t check in on the 13th. No cancellation notification, no email, no phone call, nothing. They cancelled my entire stay and had no availability, even though I already paid for it all. I was left in the street.

I was disappointed with my stay. The staff did not seem welcoming or helpful, and service was slow throughout. There were no food options on-site, only coffee, and no option to purchase bottled water, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

I asked for 2 blankets. Was told to go to office. When i got to office was yold staff were still washing blankets. I was told staff eould bring to my room. Called 1 hour later, blsnk we ts still not ready. Blankets never arrived.

Room in good condition but the motel is not good area. Too much noisy next to the highway! TV doesn’t connect with wifi. Very basic amenities! Im glad just that there was no bed bug issues! Good for one night only.

Waited 2.5 hrs for the shuttle. Found out after arriving that it broke down. I called twice but the person at the front desk didn’t know it broke down and assured us it was on the way. Made for a bad experience from the get go. Room was average with no soap or shampoo just a basic room.

The AC was extremely noisy. Someone had pets on the floor (plural) and it sounded like the dogs were fighting (terrible). I tried to take a work call from my room and the cleaning crew was vacuuming the hall after 4pm right outside my door. I told the manager and she looked at me like I was an idiot for even mentioning it. They made me pay for a “full days” parking even though I told them I had a rental car I was taking back to the airport in 2 hours. On my way to the airport I asked them what time the shuttle ran and they told me every hour. They told me I needed to be there at 1:50 for the 2pm shuttle that leaves on time. At 2pm, the driver was just sitting in the van eating. He didn’t even leave until 20min after 2pm. I can go on and on. It’s just not a good place and it’s ran by people who just don’t care. Horrible, just horrible! Only stay here as a last resort. They treat you like they are used to dealing with the homeless or really poor people who need them.
