I didnt like anything about this place...got there at 10pm, got my room key and the key didnt work in the elevator, so I go back to front desk and they recode my key and once I again head to my room. I get my room door open just to find 2 queen beds that were not done..the room looked messy! I leave my 14 year daughter waiting outside of room 206 with all of our bags while I ran downstairs. Once im talking to the front desk the lady there said I couldnt get another room until she spoke to her manager. After a few minutes she gives me room key 323, we settle down in the room at around 10:30pm. I just wanted to rest after a straight 11 hour drive. Past midnight I was laying in bed sleeping when there's a hard knock at my door, it's the security guard telling me he's just checking if someone was in room 323 and leaves. I go back to bed and about 15 min later my room phone rings at 1am! It's the front desk telling me Im in the wrong room, why am I there? That I'm suppose to be in 326. So after hanging up and going to sleep I wake up to check out and when i scan my card to leave the parking lot the key didnt work again. This was at 8 am. I call front desk to come open gate and they say i have to go back inside for key. So i do, and i ask for manager and im told hes not there, that he will get back to me. I paid 150$ and 16.50 for parking. And im still waiting on a call back from a "manager". This place has the worst service, but gladly take your money. Don't stay here.

There was a roach in our room before we checked out we will not be staying there again. There was only one staff member at the front desk when I checked out that was busy so I wasn’t able to tell her of the bug in our room. So this is my last review for motel 6 lax because I will not be returning.

Fantastic staff at check-in Trwena was an excellent check-in hostess. I did not get the manager‘s name, but a potential customer came in who started harassing staff and he immediately canceled the reservation and said you’re not welcome here. I really like the fact that he did that to protect the people that are staying there from someone who is going to be difficult Bravo no nonsense

For it to be a motel 6 it was everything and more

Room was clean that is about it. The beds were not comfortable. There is no microwave,no coffee maker,hairdryer,iron,only soap bars,and no safe. For not serving breakfast they could at least put coffee in the room. Have to pay for parking every day too. Would not stay here again.
