Great views over Surfers. It is a little tired looking. Balcony was tiny although could sit out there still. Customer service was excellent. Rooms had good blinds to block out sun in morning. Not sound proof but wasnt too noisy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. A bit disappointed with the furniture on the balcony, I understand that it is exposed to the environment but it still can be kept clean.

Great friendly staff. Although unfortunately a cyclone hit. I'd have either no hot water, no Foxtel or no aircon. I'd like to say it's great on a budget, but when trying to extend my stay due to the airport being closed....it was cheaper by far to stay in modern luxury at the Meriton a block away in your own apartment. Yes a whole apartment. With pools, spas and sauna that all worked aswell. And I did, you'd be crazy not too. Sadly will never come back to Mantra on the view.

Perfect location and the price good. Dated and carpets desperately need replacing with tiles or floorboards. Staff friendly however as it’s budget, drunk loud patrons woke us at 3am shouting and banging on doors.
