Very good for a one night stay before our cruise. We had a 2 bedroom which was great for our family of 5. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. But there is nothing else around within walking distance for food. So plan to Uber or DoorDash.

I knew about the parking fees, only because I read about it on a review after I purchased the room for 4 nights. It seems like a very high fee for parking when you already pay a high rate for the room. The pool was not as nice as the photos. We were not able to enjoy it as there was a huge party in the hot tub for hours (3pm-closing). Drinking hard alcohol in glass bottles, eating in the hot tub, loud music and as you can imagine, they were very loud as well. It made my three teenage daughters uncomfortable and we had to leave the pool. We thought we would try to come back after we ate dinner, but sadly they were still there. The hotel doesn’t not clean/refresh the rooms daily. Which I find frustrating, as hotel fees go up in price, parking fees ect… you now get less customer service. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s very difficult to get ice, there isn’t an ice machine and I had to wait awhile for the front desk to get it or be sent to ask the kitchen ect… I ran out of hot water one day. The dishwasher leaked all over the room when I ran it. I asked for pool towels as there were none by the pool, and I was told there were none clean. I then asked for a room towel and was told they aren’t supposed give them out for the pool.

The property is close to the cruise terminal and easy to get to. I was quite surprised that due to their proximity, they don't have a shuttle to/from the terminal. Overall it was a good experience.

All around I would say our trip was awesome! The front desk staff were amazing and always helpful. However the $38 dollars a night for parking is a bit outrageous in my opinion. The guys who go out at 10pm to tell guests the pool is closed could be more polite they were very rude about it. We had already started getting out no need for the rudeness. But other than that everything was great.
