Horrible place the room was not clean the bathroom was dirty the room smelted over all the hotel was dirty. Requested a refund and they declined would never recommend. Ended up going to a cleaner hotel.

The building is conveniently located close to Sofi and Kia Forum, as well as several restaurants. Not the greatest area, but we did safely walk to eat and to Kia Forum. Building is old, dirty and in need of renovation. Room was clean but looked dirty and smelled. Staff was friendly and price was right.

The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like the springs were coming through the mattress. There were stains on the walls and the paint was peeling. There was a gap under the door. The staff was very nice.
