We read it two rooms for a high school reunion nearby. Both rooms were clean, well appointed and a very nice layout. However, our room, room 516 was near the elevators and every time the elevators operate it day and night it sounded in our room like an airplane taking off. This made sleeping arrangements impossible in room 516. We contacted the hotel the next day and told him about the problems with the room and ask for a refund because it was totally unaccepted, especially since this has to be an ongoing problem because there were nothing wrong with the elevators just the noise from them. They said that we should’ve contacted The desk, which makes no sense since we are going to a reunion and did not have time to move to a separate room this room should have never been used for hotel guests. It is totally and completely unacceptable. They did not offer a refund or a discount in the future just said that we hope that you’re staying in the future is better so they have not stood behind their product Very disappointing and by the way, this is the first time that we have ever made comments like this towards a hotel so we are not habitual complainers. During the night when the elevator slowed down and was not used as often it was like playing Russian roulette, waiting for it to go the next time we slept very very little.

The hot tub was an utter disappointment. All the nozzles were missing and therefore no 'jets' at all. The water was just randomly bubbling. Also the gift shop should stock some milk along with other cold beverages. The room was cold and did not warm up in spite of raising the thermostat setting significantly
