This was an amazing place to stay for an event at the Toyota Center. We stayed late with my wife and just walked to our room. The Room was very clean and organized. It was more like a small apartment, I wish I would have stayed for a few days. The restaurant next door is just amazing. We ate there 2 times and both times it was a great service. With the outlets very close by, it is just very centrally located.

Five stars for the Element Ontario! The location is a game-changer for shows at Toyota Arena—it’s just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless and felt very safe. There are also many great dining options within walking distance, making it the perfect 'home base' for the night. Huge thanks to the professional staff for a seamless stay. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a very clean and comfortable property. The staff was so friendly and very helpful, and the restaurant attached to the lobby had a nice mix of menu options. My only complaint was the music playing in the courtyard on Friday night was a little too loud. It played until around 10:30pm, then the hotel was peaceful and quiet. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the room. The pillows could be improved, as they were not very comfortable. Additionally, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable—you can feel the metal frame at the bottom, which makes it difficult to rest properly. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly affected our comfort during the stay. Thank you for your understanding.
