Very nice quiet area, helpful and friendly staff! Trying to call for shuttle difficult, never really sure my request for shuttle to airport was received so called hotel to confirm…but shuttle driver was excellent

The shuttle took an hour to come to pick us up at the airport. When we got to the hotel checking in was a bit of a nightmare. But it was a quiet place to sleep. We were able to walk to places to eat. It was reasonable. The halls were lined with new flat screen televisions.

The disgrace is that they tell you that there is free breakfast from 6 to 10 and when you go down to breakfast they tell you that you do not qualify and you have to buy it there also when reservations do not tell you anything about the parking and arriving is 30.00 extra than what they had already told you The carpets smell very bad, the cleaning of the room is fine.

This property is nice on paper. However, the site should confirm that deposits cannot be paid in cash, but credit card only. Even the food/beverage on site is cash-only. The WiFi is also spotty. There is noise from the road nearby as well. The lights on the porches also don't come off, which is intrusive in the night. It's also very telling that there isn't even free water on the premises. Many LA hotels have water dispensers downstairs. The room wasn't bad. Clean. However it's also odd to have the microwave and coffee literally near the toilet. There aren't utensils or microwavable plates as well. If it's a short stay, you're in luck, but this feels like a slight step ahead of Motel 6...

Check in and service was excellent. Room was perfectly adequate I got a great night of sleep at a good temperature. Shuttle was on time.

Our stay was comfortable. Service was excellent. Room was clean and ready when checked in. Only slight issue would be the lack of hot water. Took 3 minutes to get warm water out of the facet at bathroom sink. Had to put the shower all the way to HOT to get warm water.

My only complaint was the available shuttle times. The reason we chose this location was because of the LAX shuttle service, and proximity to airport. I spent $20 on an uber to go just up the street.

Tv was not working it kept scrambling the programs

Cable for TV kept not working, called to have it fixed, the moved around the HDMI cord. But it still kept doing it where it scrambled the picture.

Check in was routine. However once I found out I was on the first floor I asked if there was anything on a higher floor available because I know that I have very sensitive hearing that is impactful to me. I was told by the person checking me in, that there was no other option but since I was by the courtyard it would be quiet. And the associate didn’t even ask why I may need a different room. So I was subjected to a dusty smelly room near the exit doors on the busy side of the hall. It was not quiet. I didn’t feel safe in my room.
