I only have a debit card. It can be run as a credit card but the person at the desk said it was the policy to only use a credit card or I could give them 200.00 in cash. Never have I had this problem so I left. Now I would like a full refund. I tried to contact Expedia but I couldn't type in the itinerary number because it contained letters and only the number screen came up.

I was told that even though I booked and prepaid the room— which the app said is nonrefundable so it won’t allow me to get the refund. I deserve— I was told that their system was down so they couldn’t give me the room and they attempted to charge me a second time to reserve a room. I need to be refunded for this because I never actually got the room even though I went to check in

me cobraron $200 de depósito, no tenían estacionamiento en el lugar, en el front desk mala actitud ningún servicio al cliente y cuando salí fueron a ver mi cuarto antes de darme el depósito como si fuera ladrón de robarme algo, nunca regresaría a ese lugar. NUNCA Lo recomendaria.
