I asked to extend my stay for another night because I needed to rest before a long road trip and they told me to book it on Expedia. I booked it and let them know and they said I could stay in the room. I hung up the Do NOT Disturb sign to take a nap. Next thing I know while I am sleeping they come banging on my door saying that they did not receive my reservation. I got upset and when they checked again my reservation was in the system. They told me to leave for getting upset so now I am looking for another place to stay last minute. Customer service by the manager, Kevin Patel, was terrible. Do not stay here because what they advertise or agree to by their word is not what they carry out in action. The beds are also very stiff and uncomfortable and the air conditioning is very loud. I had to sleep with headphones on. Also they tried to charge me for parking when that was not written out in Expedia. Breakfast is carb heavy, no eggs or meat or anything like that. They also do not provide water bottles. And they are going through construction with paint and materials and plastic bags hanging everywhere. Would not recommend being here.

The concierge didmenpffer to help me work my luggage, I had to struggle to bring them inside. Rent had renovations and I could not rest/sleep because of the noise but they didn’t care about my concern. Pool want working either.

The price you can’t beat for the location and the corner room was very large but there is a reason it is affordable. The room had a very strong room freshener that masked the smell of marijuana from other occupants. The bed was very hard I had to buy a foam pad to not feel the springs. The floor looked clean but my slippers had a film on the bottom. The parking was very convenient and the elevator was very responsive.
