Great hotel that is close to everything. 15 minute walk to the marina. There is a pool and a restaurant. Free breakfast from 730-12pm. The rooms are nice. Comes with a kitchen, tv, wifi, balcony, AC and a desk. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, pots, pans, silverware and coffee maker. Late checkout available for only 600MXN until 3pm (great deal!) 10/10 recommend

This is our second time staying at the Cabo Vista Hotel, and we love staying there. This is a boutique hotel with a lot of charm. For your beaching pleasure, they offer beach towels, sun umbrellas, and even a beach bag. The hotel staff are welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. They have parking available on-site. There is a pool, but you need to walk through the restaurant to access it. The restaurant is a little pricey, but you get a discount when you are staying the the hotel.

This is a great little hotel, love the kitchen, its modern and clean. Very inexpensive.,negatives are no parking, It’s at least a mile to the marina. And a couple miles to the most popular beaches. If you can afford it and are spending your vacation at the beach and bars then you can find a hotel much closer to the beaches. For me I live an hour and a half from Cabo in Los Barriles so I’m going to Cabo for the shopping. Costco etc. so it’s perfect for me. When I did walk around town then down to the Marina. After serveral hours of walking, I’d take an Uber back to the hotel. With tip it was around 10 dollars US COMING FROM MARINA AREA. If you’ve never been to Cabo the boat Marina has an awesome wide walk way that circles this huge marina. You can also catch boats over to the main beaches or a tour of the bay , this is where you can get sunset cruises with drinks. Or swim with the dolphins. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops,

We added this stay since we had to fly in early for a different stay at an all-inclusive in San Jose. We got a total of four rooms arrived on two separate days and the staff was so accommodating. We loved having the bar and restaurant right on site, the pool is just perfect for a quick dip. Every item we got from the restaurant was delicious. For the price we paid I was blown away by the property staff and overall stay we will definitely be coming back.

Really good stay here. Reception was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags and motorbike there hours before check in as we had something planned at 10am. Room was clean and bed comfortable, and really close to centre of town. Had a discounted very nice breakfast in the restaurant. One of the best lower priced places we stayed on our 10 day Baja road trip.

I have stayed at this place many times...it is my home away from home. The front desk and housekeepers are some of the most kind and accomodating that I've ever encountered. The place is clean and feels authentic. It is off the beaten bath, but feels safe. I highly recommend!

Pretty nice little hotel with a nice restaurant attached to it. The room was clean with nice decorations and was pretty quiet as well. The restaurant (San Lucero) that is connected to the hotel is also really good. We almost had all of our breakfasts there.

Great value hotel. It isn’t super fancy but it is very clean, nice-looking, and well-maintained, and feels like a classic Mexican hotel. It is only a ten-minute walk from the marina and other areas of interest. Lots of good restaurants nearby within a short walk or a cheap uber ride. Occasionally traffic passing by can be loud but I’m a heavy sleeper so it wasn’t a problem for me. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great and offers a discount to hotel guests. My only complaint about the area is that there are a couple large stray dogs that can be intimidating and aggressive, so travellers should research how to handle aggressive stray dogs in case they come across one in the area. I’d definitely stay here again!
