We were there during huracán Lorena, the staff was fantastic but the building wasn’t ready for so much rain and the restaurants had difficulties, the spa ladies area was closed, AC not running properly.

This place is beyond amazing, I'm not the type to go back to the same resort but this place definitely needs additional visits. Butlers and service is 5 Stars. Every restaurant has a Nobu/Javier's feel/atmosphere with 5 Star food quality. Can't wait to go back.
